A group of eight of us had an amazing long weekend. We felt like we were on "the villa!" Hosts allowed us to check in early which helped us a lot. They also got toilet paper delivered to us super quickly. Overall enjoyed our stay!

This was a fantastic property... Joe was an exceptional host... great communication and made us feel comfortable before we arrived. The location is amazing... a quick walk to Ocean Blvd and all the beauty the San Diego had to offer. It was my first time in San Diego and won't be my last! Highly recommend this host and their property!

Our stay in San Diego started off on the right vibe the moment we opened the doors to Joe's Victorian palace. The foyer/entrance is perfect for taking pics before a night out. The beautiful light coming in from the front windows lights up the dining room area as you walk into the belly of the home. The living area and kitchen were much bigger than we had even expected. The kitchen has an enormous marble island perfect for food prep and meals. The backyard space is its own oasis - with the eating area, the lounging areas and the hot tub, all protected by shade. It had an exotic vibe that felt like an escape into tranquility. We were 12 girls in the house, over for an extended weekend for my sister's bach trip. She had an amazing time and was really happy with the Airbnb we chose. There was enough room for everyone, the house was at the right temperature and they really did have all the kitchen tools we needed! Lastly, the price was very reasonable. Thanks for creating a beautiful space.

Had an amazing stay here the place is sparkling clean to begin with and the instructions on where to park and how to access the gate were super clear. Beach towels and some other little touches were great. The area is amazing, right on the beach and tons of places within walking distance. AC worked great. Exceptionally clean. Host was very communicative and ensured I had everything needed to have a great stay. 10/10 would recommend

joe’s place in san diego was the perfect getaway for my co-workers and i. nestled amongst eclectic surroundings of the city sits a beautiful home. the style of the home is what garnered my attention to begin with. each bedroom space felt cozy and comfortable. it truly felt like home away from home!

Our stay at the Jade Manor was by far one of my best AirBnB experiences. I was planning a bachelorette weekend for a larger group and Joe and team were so responsive via messaging to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Joe was great about keeping the line of communication open leading up to the trip as well. Cue our arrival. Instructions were great, checked in without a hitch. Sometimes, photos can be misleading and I wasn't sure what to expect but the house looked exactly as pictured and yet also was bigger than I expected. There was so much room for us to spread out and everything was spotless. Throughout the weekend, both Joe and Josh were readily available. At one point, we ran out of trash bags but by that evening, had fresh bags delivered. Impeccable customer service by kind people. One thing to note is that their rules are the rules - they do monitor the property as described and hey, it keeps the house looking stunning. 15/10 would stay again.

The house is amazing. Such a peaceful place to stay. The house has everything you need. There is plenty of space, comfortable beds and the backyard was so peaceful. The hot tub was perfect, the tv out back was a nice surprise and the house was airy and the perfect spot for us to stay. Close to downtown, highways and beaches. Would easily look to stay here again when back in the area.

We had an excellent experience! location can't be beat walkable to multiple eateries sunset cliffs, and the ocean. Build quality and design was excellent and beautiful to rest in. I highly recommend as a South San Diego coastal option.

This was the perfect air bnb if you are looking to spend some time in San Diego. Whether it’s for a fun weekend or a relaxing weekend getaway, it was perfectly well-equipped for it all!
