There is a $200 fee per person per night if more than the maximum of 12 guests stay over. Doors are monitored with security cameras Please do not use any tape or sticky balloon products on walls, as any resulting damage will result in a repair fee. Absolutely no glass cups allowed in the hot tub; only plastic cups are permitted. If the internet router is unplugged, there will be a $125 fee. The house has many features that require WiFi from the gate to the outdoor drip system. For everyone’s safety and in line with Airbnb policy, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior approval has been given. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

We strictly prohibit large-scale gatherings. However, we do permit small, tasteful events such as bachelorette parties, etc. Rest assured, we actively monitor exterior security cameras to ensure both safety and compliance with our policy against unruly or sizable gatherings. This home is in downtown San Diego, so the vibe is more urban than suburban. The area is safe but has a mix of older and updated homes. Our neighbor does keep chickens, so you may hear them from time to time.
