Joes place was the perfect house for our girls trip! The backyard was our favorite part of the house, really felt like a private escape! Will definitely be coming back on my next San Diego visit!

This place was perfect . It was literally around the corner from the beach. Good food nearby, hung out at the pier. The best was comfy all the amenities were great. I loved everything. I only had a bit of trouble with the tv names and casting but not important.

Steps from Mission Beach and tucked away within a peaceful area while only being a few minutes walk from Belmont Park. There's a market and two coffee shops within eyesight of the unit. Great place to base from with very easy access to a main road leading to other areas such as La Jolla, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, Sunset Cliffs and Ocean Beach. I laughed at those complaining about the parking because they probably can't use a mirror or rear camera well enough - definitely not the hosts' fault! Parking was a breeze and the unit is very easy to find. Would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for a quaint room for 2 then Josh’s home is for you we were steps from the beach with a market right across the street for your shopping needs. There’s a coffee shop and two sports bars with good food options across the street. The best part is it’s only a Berkshire walk to the main part of Mission Beach which has very nice restaurants, bars and a shopping district. Josh has complimentary bikes for your stay. We took them to Coronado. Being retired military seeing where the training is conducted at the amphibious school was a special experience. Visiting the Hotel Del Coronado where the stars wine and dine is a must. We also took a 3 hour sunset sailboat cruise through the bay and saw numerous wildlife as well as the military side of Coronado as well as sailing ride along the downtown shores where our Captain pointed out all the great eating and drinking establishments as well as other sites of interest. Josh was prompt and fully responsive to all of our needs.

Booked this place to host my bachelorette party and had the best time. Comfortably fit eight friends. The real winner is the outdoor space, super cute and functional. Would definitely stay again!

This spot was a gem! The interior was super cute and had everything you would need for a beach stay. It’s close enough to the shops + restaurants on Newport, but far enough away you don’t hear them at night. Comfortable beds and a comfortable lounge space/kitchen area. Everything was clean and up to date and our host was incredibly responsive! We loved our stay and will definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Joe’s place in San Diego and would comfortably recommend it to anyone. The house was charming and looked exactly as I expected per the photos, but it was even more comfortable and relaxing! The entire house just spoke quality: from the overall design, carefully curated decor and the luxe bedding. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the vibe of the back patio! Overall, a great location near Sunset Cliffs to enjoy the sunsets, but also walkable to some fun restaurants, but yet a quiet and relaxed neighborhood. What we also really appreciated was the friendly/excellent communication from our hosts. Thats really important to us.

The Jade Manor from the Carmine Collection was truly exceptional. The home is beautifully curated with luxurious details, spacious living areas, and an impressive number of bathrooms, making it perfect for larger groups. The layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing everyone to feel comfortable while still enjoying their own sense of privacy. One of the highlights was the backyard- a peaceful, private green retreat surrounded by lush plants and elevated outdoor amenities. Everything in the home was spotless and impeccably maintained. The host was outstanding and communicative 100% of the time, ensuring we had everything we needed and making it clear they were always available if anything came up. Every bathroom was fully functional, and the entire property felt well cared for. The home comfortably sleeps 12 without ever feeling crowded. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Perfect stay for our San Diego bachelorette group of 10. The house is absolutely gorgeous and felt so spacious even for our big group. Joe and the team were responsive, prepared hosts the entire time. Really 10/10!
