The whole house has amazing style and it's very spcious and clean. There's also a very nice backyard. Kitchen was very well equpped and bathrooms were comfortable. Out of the four bedrooms, only two were fully private/independent. One bedroom was open/had no door, while another had a door but could only be accessed through the open bedroom (so it was effectively a walk-through room). This was not an issue for us, but it may be important for guests expecting four completely separate, closed bedrooms with independent access.

We had a great time here for my sister's bachelorette weekend! The space was beautiful, just like the photos. We loved the outdoor space where we spent a lot of our time, perfect for outdoor dining and movie nights. The Speakeasy was a hit where we had a karaoke night before going out dancing. There was a slight issue with the hottub but the hosts immediately responded and sent someone over to fix it right away. They also had a lot of good suggestions for things around town including setting up a beach bonfire and luggage storage near airport after checkout before our flights. The space felt very private and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again on a future visit to San Diego!

I booked this Airbnb for my sister’s bachelorette party & it was such an amazing stay. So many areas to take cute pictures in & we decided to add on the speakeasy to our stay which was the icing on the cake. Beds were comfortable & the whole house was clean & beautiful. There were dishes & appliances for us to cook a few meals & we enjoyed sitting in the outdoor patio altogether to eat. The hot tub was a plus. I got many compliments from our group & the bride-to-be on finding this Airbnb to stay in! Joe was very responsive in answering all my questions. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to stay here & I would book again for a future stay.

This Airbnb is truly incredible! From the moment you walk in you are taken aback by the interior design choices, the attention to detail in every room, and the sheer beauty of the house. It feels like a hidden jungle oasis with a touch of art deco tucked away inside San Diego. The smell of the house is another noteworthy element- it’s like walking into the Four Seasons ( or The Pendry) and recognizing that signature scent. Again, their attention to detail to make this home feel comfortable and beautiful was executed flawlessly. I would book this home again and again when I visit SD!

10/10 stay. I’m super picky and this place looked just like the photos, was super clean, great location (close drive/uber to airport, downtown, little Italy, etc.), and overall matched the description to a T. The hosts were proactive and very responsive to any questions. I hope to return once they finish the downstairs part. Highly recommend this place!

This Airbnb was perfect for a weekend getaway. It fit perfectly for us as a couple. Josh’s place had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spotless, AC worked great, and beach towels and bikes were provided. The place is a minute’s walk to the beach and having a parking spot was a godsend. We had no issues fitting into the parking spot with a midsize sedan. It’s in a walkable area right next to Belmont Park. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

This is definitely the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever experienced! Looked even more beautiful in person than the already gorgeous pictures Amenities were top notch Even the mattresses, sheets, blankets, pillows were high quality Hosts were very responsive and clear! The driveway within the gate fit 3 cars comfortably We had the best time making memories here on our trip! Highly recommend

Joe’s place is truly a zen oasis. From the lush, thoughtfully designed landscaping to the spa-like bathrooms, every detail made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The wraparound deck was perfect for relaxing outdoors, and the double French doors created a seamless indoor-outdoor experience especially on those beautiful San Diego mornings. Joe was an exceptional host he was proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s conveniently close to fantastic restaurants and in an area where we felt completely safe. This place is an absolute gem, and we would gladly stay again.

Absolutely perfect!! We didn’t want to leave! Evenings by the fire pit watching sunsets, waking up and walking along the ocean, stroking through the neighborhood and looking at all the beautiful yards and plants. The perfect location for experiencing the best of California. Chill, beautiful and being outside near the ocean!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Joe’s place. It was perfect for our bachelorette weekend from cooking, hanging out on the patio, using the cleaned hot tub, and enjoying the birdcage everything was so well maintained. We’re so grateful for the close location to the zoo, Coronado and the airport.
