Had an amazing stay here the place is sparkling clean to begin with and the instructions on where to park and how to access the gate were super clear. Beach towels and some other little touches were great. The area is amazing, right on the beach and tons of places within walking distance. AC worked great. Exceptionally clean. Host was very communicative and ensured I had everything needed to have a great stay. 10/10 would recommend

This community of Mission Beach is special. We’ll be back! We were looking for a place that was walkable to the beach and convenient to the various activities we planned during our trip. The bikes were a great touch and we used them daily. The place is quite small but as long as you only have 2 in your party, you’ll be good. Bed was comfy and had nice linens and pillows. The decor was artful and attractive. I would definitely choose this rental again!

Great place to stay and had everything we needed! Loved having restaurants and coffee shops so close! Super easy access to the beach and so nice to be able to walk the board walk up to pacific beach. Hosts were awesome and so quick to respond to anything we needed! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful place, small but cozy and just steps from beach and boardwalk. So many great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The host was amazing to work with, and his response time was great. Would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful location, one block walk to the beautiful beach. The space was very clean, and very comfortable. Conveniently comes with a parking space, beach blankets, and bikes to ride. The hosts are kind & accommodating. 10/10!

The stay at Josh’s place was excellent! Location was great - right off the beach and ocean front trail, felt safe, pretty quiet, close to small coffee shop, cafe, and grocery store. Check in process was seamless - Josh was a proactive communicator and the check in instructions were clear. Apartment was as described - space was clean and tidy with thoughtful decor. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay and Josh as a host!

Great spot right next to the beach and the beach paved trail. We could simply go outside and be in a beautiful space. Highly recommend for people who like going on jogs, bike rides, walks. Would def stay here again.

Josh's Airbnb was the perfect getaway for a couple looking to explore San Diego. Located only a few short steps from the board walk and mission beach, my partner and I spent lots of time viewing the ocean, biking, and checking out the surrounding shops and restaurants. The Airbnb itself felt safe and was very clean with all the basic amenities you would need. This location also comes with its own assigned parking spot, which was really a huge plus! Additionally, Josh was very responsive, helpful, and easy to get a hold of if needed. Overall I highly recommend this Airbnb and am hopeful to return again in the future!

I had a great stay. Host was very responsive. Place is tastefully decorated and clean - great shower in the bathroom. Bikes were a big plus. I can’t say enough about the location - low key neighborhood, just steps from bay, beach, great tacos, market, good coffee, and breakfast. Found it very easy to access the rest of the city. I highly recommend this place!

Great little spot. It doesn’t have a ton of space but it’s very well appointed and very clean! Josh is very responsive and gave us some good tips for restaurants too, which was super helpful. As long as you don’t need a full kitchen or extra space, this place is great.
